Worst company I've ever seen in business
My experience with NDC has been extremely disappointing. The sales consultant pressured me to sign the documents without properly reading them, and incorrect information was recorded on my application despite my concerns. I requested the recording of the initial call to verify what was discussed, but NDC has been unable to provide it although they say all calls are recorded. They do not care about the clients. Very poor transparency and customer service. Never sign anything when they ask you to.. They will mislead you.
