Poor after sales service
I bought a car from Nash Nissan and paid for the registration service. I was promised that I would have my papers and number plates 4-5 days later. I eventually received my papers after 10 days, and 2 1/2 weeks later I am still waiting for my number plates. They have not picked up the phone once to give me an update. I have been chasing them every 2 to 3 days, and I just keep getting the runaround from my sales agent. The service was excellent up to the point of the purchase, and then just became non-existent after that.

Poor after sales service
I bought a car from Nash Nissan and paid for the registration service. I was promised that I would have my papers and number plates 4-5 days later. Unprofessional manager at Nash Nissan Alberton by the name of Andrew
My experience at Nash Nissan Alberton was extremely disappointing. Andrew, the Parts Department Manager, failed to provide the service and support I expected. Communication was poor, delays were constant, and instead of resolving my issue, I was left frustrated and ignored. As a customer, I believe respect and efficiency should be the standard, but this dealership fell short. Management needs to take accountability and improve their service, starting with the parts department.

Outstanding refund
Bought brake pads. I was also made to buy another part which i didn't need. Waiting for refund which they promised to pay. I submitted all documents required. I talked to the salesman and his supervisor. I called several times with the promise I will be refunded. No feedback, nothing at all. I just want my refund 😪
