Poor after sales service

I bought a car from Nash Nissan and paid for the registration service. I was promised that I would have my papers and number plates 4-5 days later. I eventually received my papers after 10 days, and 2 1/2 weeks later I am still waiting for my number plates.

They have not picked up the phone once to give me an update. I have been chasing them every 2 to 3 days, and I just keep getting the runaround from my sales agent.

The service was excellent up to the point of the purchase, and then just became non-existent after that.
