Unprofessional manager at Nash Nissan Alberton by the name of Andrew

My experience at Nash Nissan Alberton was extremely disappointing. Andrew, the Parts Department Manager, failed to provide the service and support I expected. Communication was poor, delays were constant, and instead of resolving my issue, I was left frustrated and ignored.

As a customer, I believe respect and efficiency should be the standard, but this dealership fell short. Management needs to take accountability and improve their service, starting with the parts department.
