I paid in early March for learners and driving lessons
I paid in early March for learners and driving lessons. I was promised classes at the protea Glen branch, told them I can only attend on Saturdays and they agreed to that only to find that classes always get canceled as a result I haven't been to even one class since and the on the 14th of May I contacted my agent and told her because the classes always get canceled and I haven't been to a class in 3months I need my refund back and they said they don't do refunds. They will fix it and accommodate my Saturday . My time has been waisted and just want my refund.

Mziyonke I want my refund
Mziyonke Vosloorus good customer service until you pay for your lessons then boom code 14 truck always not available or it's broken it's been two full months but attended 5 times because no trucks available. And we complain but nothing happens. People please find other driving school Mziyonke they are just quick with taking your money but bad in delivering.

I have never been so hurt
I have never been so hurt. They continued to deduct from me with no customer care. I communicated with their consultant my griviences but got no assistance. Upon my cancellation...Their consultant was very polite but the manager told me iam a silly client and that I must go report wherever I want. She told me they will never refund me and told me to report them and added that she will buy me airtime to do it . The utter disrespect and lack of compassion from this women called Hlengiwe has shocked me.

POOR SERVICE, NO REFUNDS
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Pretty, Hlengiwe, and their manager, Sifiso. Since August 2025, I have been requesting my refund after the debit order went off and I paid the full amount due to them. Instead of assisting me, I have been given the run-around. Hlengiwe has blocked me, Sifiso’s phone rings to voicemail, and Pretty has been ignoring my WhatsApp messages. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. There are clearly no proper processes in place at this driving school. I will never recommend this driving school to anyone.
