POOR SERVICE, NO REFUNDS

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Pretty, Hlengiwe, and their manager, Sifiso. Since August 2025, I have been requesting my refund after the debit order went off and I paid the full amount due to them. Instead of assisting me, I have been given the run-around.

Hlengiwe has blocked me, Sifiso’s phone rings to voicemail, and Pretty has been ignoring my WhatsApp messages. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. There are clearly no proper processes in place at this driving school.

I will never recommend this driving school to anyone.
