Unauthorized debit on my account too

I received a call from mytechzone promising to get me cell phone. They did not deliver,but they deducting my money every month. When I call them they don't answer. Now I want nothing to do with them, R97 is a lot of money. I want to cancel this debit oder and I can't get through.
