Extremely Disappointing Experience – Left Stranded Without Communication
We had an extremely upsetting experience with this accommodation provider. We booked accommodation, made payment as requested, and were assured that everything was in order. Shortly after receiving our payment, the host stopped responding to our calls and WhatsApp messages. We later discovered that our number had been blocked. When we contacted the host from a different number, messages were delivered, confirming that our original number had been blocked after payment. As a result, my friends and I were left stranded on the day of our trip and had to urgently look for alternative accommodation. This caused us unnecessary stress, financial loss, and completely ruined what was supposed to be an enjoyable getaway.

Property rental ****!
I’m lodging a **** where I lost over 50k after paying deposit and 6 months rent to an individual claiming to be an agent to a landlord at Munyaka Lifestyle estate. On top of that, they claim to list on block 26 unit 301. On top of me trying to move in today, they aren’t not responding and the claiming landlord blocked my contacts. I have also opened a *****ulent case with SAPS and my lawyer is involved. I have the proof of payment and conversations on top of it. The agents name is Zwelakhe Mdlhulu or so he calls himself. He claims the owner of the property is Kevin Daniels. I was put under a student lease. These are the following contact details: *** ( The so called landlord who claims his wife is on the way ) *** ( The agent from Unity Property group, Zwelakhe Mdlhuli ) On top of that, we were given a code and access to enter the building.

I made a booking with them for the 10th to 11th Jan,2026
I made a booking with them for the 10th to 11th Jan,2026. Then I canceled a day before due to unforseen circumstances. The lady by the name Hanna promised to pay back half the money of what I paid. As I made a follow up on the payment, she asked me to write a good review about her nd even wrote what I should put on my review. Days passed,No refund. As I followed up,she started being very rude verbally, to even hanging up calls on my ears. She showed NO respect at all. I warn others NOT TO book that place,ever!🙏🏽
