I made a booking with them for the 10th to 11th Jan,2026

I made a booking with them for the 10th to 11th Jan,2026. Then I canceled a day before due to unforseen circumstances. The lady by the name Hanna promised to pay back half the money of what I paid. As I made a follow up on the payment, she asked me to write a good review about her nd even wrote what I should put on my review. Days passed,No refund. As I followed up,she started being very rude verbally, to even hanging up calls on my ears. She showed NO respect at all. I warn others NOT TO book that place,ever!🙏🏽
