Wrong subscription

I had upgradedy contract in August 2020. I was supposed to be getting 50gb day and 30gb night. There was some issue with the billing system at mtn and I have since been receiving 20gb ANYTIME data! I have been in and out of the mtn store and I am being told that it is sitting with customer service. I have also emailed mtn complaints service and still have had no help! This is absolutely frustrating and unacceptable!
