worst service their agents can be truthfull from the beginning always hiding important facts only focused on their comission

Sometime last year i saw an add for home internet and i was blown away i got a good deal i wouldd say but thier consultants don't explain everything thoroughly and then once signed up once ur dented order is missed u cant get internet the next month u have to wait another month even if already have the money available a few days later u don't get connected until the following 1 month later they also didn't me that they got a policy that if u miss 3 payments or consecutive months they block and cancel your service indefinitely then you to the store to make payment as you know that they now say its month to month pay before use policy which i understood but they were very devious about the 3missed pay then u get a balloon payment of R 2700 for a router that don't even cost that amount even u you buying it from them cash.Now they took my money which i thought was going to be for my subscription that month of january only to find out i paid this money and still not receiving a service and im now still owing R2200 which is absolutely ridiculous as i paid an upfront fee for connection of the service.The worst thing is trying to get a hold of thier so called service champions who really don't care becoz if they can't give an answer they cut the call then u have to start all over again,im truly disappointed my 5year old son truly re**** on whacting his cartoons etc.Totally disappointing
