Yesterday i called mtn regarding extra charges on my contract sim. The consultant explained to me that mtn may add products to a contract without consent and bill to the account. I requested her to remove the extra unwanted 6 recurring 25min adding R117 to my subscription. She assured me the extras have been removed but I will not receive a refund. Today I logged into the mymtn app and realise the bill for end March again includes the extra R117. Now it seems mtn can do whatever they want to me and I'm just gona have to take it
