When will my cellphone number be updated

I have been trying to register on Nedbank online trading platform so that i can be able to trade online, however, am unable to do so because Nedbank have a different contact number than the one i am using now. You can see on my mtn zakhelefuthi profile that i am using different cellphone number and same have been verified. I contacted the MTN Zakhele futhi to ensure that i get this rectified, however, after sending through documents i received an email from another person only to be told that my ID copy is not certified and i have rep**** to same because the ID copy was certified and i still have not received feedback and same have not been updated. I am unable to register since you have not update same and the person that sent me an email still have not responded to my email. i want this get sorted out.
