Very disgusted with mtn

Im so dissappointed in mtn have been 8 years that ive been with you guys I feel like cancelling my contract the first time I need your help to upgrade 1 month earlier and you can not help me. My phone is broken therefor I asked for your help. The worst service ive seen mtn is how can we not help
