Very Disappointed

I am So Disappointed with Mtn & I've been with them for years, but lately their service is Not Good at All. I have been trying to get ahold of someone in connection with my phone not being able to dial 132, 135, 100, 808 (it keeps going to 112) this happened ever since I upgraded in December 2021. They can't help me in store as they say that I need to contact customer support/care. I Am not getting any help even via email '***' Can Anyone Help?
