Verification Process ridiculous

Utterly disgusted by MTN zakhele shares call centre and their verification process. After holding for 4minutes the agent eventually answers and asks me over 5questions all answered and sends me the OTP which I verified and then asks me what is my son's bank Acc number and when I can't answer that then I must call again. Are they really interested in helping coz surely I did prove I am the legitimate guardian for my son. What is verification and how far can one go to be VERIFIED????? This is really bad service.
