USELESS MTN

I lodged a complaint last week for MTN suspending a pre paid number. Consultants are useless and ALWAYS escalating the problem, after a week NO ONE can help me. MTN IS USELEES, STAY AWAY. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.
