Unresolved querry ongoing for 6 months

I want to complain about MTN. I have upgraded to a new contract and from the start I don't receive the data that is on the new contract. I am struggling for 6 minths now to resolve this querry but without any luck. I tried phoning the complaints department but no one is answering the phones. I got a list of reference numbers from customer care but not any solution till today. My account is paid every month but I don't get what I pay for. This is real bad service!!
