Undiscussed terms

MTN insurance stated that I will get a replacement in case I lose my phone, I did lose and now they saying I'm under-insured to get the phone I lost. I should pay a certain amount which was never discussed with me. Initially they said I'll get my phone any day from today till Friday, They only told me after I called them to ask on the progress of the case.
