Unbeliavable

<p>I am very much unhappy with the mtn zakhele help line and their email support just as much as firstly when calling one holds more than an hour and a half to get ones call attended to and then when you send an email you get no correspondence at all, on the 14th of Dec 2016 I submitted my documents for changing some information on my details but to date being the 09th of Jan 2017 nothing has been done and I am really tired of holding on the line that doesnt get answered and my emails are not answered.</p>
