They refuse to assist me after mutiple emails and calls!!

I had MTN Zakhlele BEE shares for myself and my son ( A MINOR). The scheme then ended and we where given a choice to reinvest into the Futhi Shares or MTN shares or take the pay out. I went through all the to and from between the call centre and the Nedbank in order to reinvest into FUTHI and was told i am unsuccefull as i did not FICA myself by the deadline (which i tried to do multiple times). I accepted that i was not going to win with these people as at that point i realised that if the ADMIN behind this is soo bad, i cant trust the COMPANY. I called the MTNZ call centre and was told i will receive my payment on 12 December but for my son i must complete a form headed VERIFICATION FORM (black people). I was completly annoyed as i am his mom representing him and nothing has changed since i signed that intial bee form for him as his guardian and the fact that i had to confirm that my son is BLACK!!?? Funny how when the scheme took my money, its was easy and quick and painless. On 13 Jan i called call center and spoke to ZAIDA PILLAY who told me that infact i had reinvested into FUTHI share scheme and i must call them!!! Now how come no other call centre agent in all of Nov and Dec didnt pick this up and told me to expect my pay out as they can see on my profile that i was unsuccessful in reinvesting with FUTHI. Zaida had me on hold for the longest time and insisted i call FUTHI. As for my sons pay out she said i will get it, TILL NOW I DID NOT GET HIS MONEY! Every since the 13 Jan ive been calling back and forth and ZAIDA PILLAY and KAYLIN at the MTNZ call centre stationed at 200 Main road, Claremont have not helped me at all. I sent emails and demanded to speak to their team leader named Lesley and the head of the DEPT named Joseph Peters. BOTH have not called me or responded to my emails. SO for now they have MY money and refused to give me an update of my money and when it will be paid to me. This is *****! The senior members are avoiding me and my calls and emails!! WHY would MTN want to affiliate themselves with this useless bunch???? I want my money!!!
