Terrible service

<p>I have been calling the call centre number since i had received communication that my proceeds will be released on 13th December 2016. First of all it takes more than 20 minutes to get through, and once your call is answered the agents cannot tell you anything of subatance. One agent told me that the funds have been released and depending on who you bank with, you will get your money, another one said that there were too many shareholders so its taking long, i must just keep an eye on my bank account, really ???????? Whatever the problem is can you please communicate to us so that we know where we stand !!!</p>
