Telephone data Contract

You get the sms to phone mtn but no nr that is provided, you cant talk to a consultant! I must phone them in 48h but what nr must I used. Neva had a problem so I dont know the nr but now to phone them... you cant speak to a consultant .. You pay for data but then wonder how can you not get through a month with 10gig night and 10gig day.
