Service losers

I got hijacked and my phone was also ****** on the 6th of June 2023. I then bought a new phone today and called MTN to block my phone. I spoke to Anita who said the details on their system don't correspond im saying. I had bought the phone on the 7th of February and started using it but their system says I started using the phone on the 13th. The consultant Anita refused to block the phone and also didn't want to call a supervisor to come and address this issue. She then dropped the call on me. I tried calling again spoke to Ziyanda who said I must call again after 30 minutes because her system is down. Mtn please get your facts straight and update your systems. You can't be showing dates that don't exist and your service champions really know nothing about service. I'm so disappointed
