****py smelly customer service

<p>The kind of ****py service I got today only mtn sunnypark can do. I sat for 2 hours just to do a warranty assessment claim as My phone has been freezing and overheating. The service guy kept cracking jokes on personal calls as I wait. Then he insisted I should pay R180 FOR a contract swim swap so I asked if he can just use my nanotechnology sim card with a sim adapter he vanished for a further 45 min after telling me to leave because he wants to get on with his day. Guy was rude to say the least and it's not the first time. I regret that I'm stuck with mtn for a further 24 months their idea of customer service is smelly and appalling to say the least.
