If I could rate 0 stars I would. This is such a **** provider. First I had an issue with the phone that was sold to me which doesn't work during loadshedding which i bought on prepaid. Now its the consultant lying to me. She called me for a migration and said I will pay the exact amount Im paying now only to find out my bill will be increasing after she assured me 3 times the amount would be the same. I want nothing to do with MTN ever again
