Poor service at MTN

MTN Brooklyn (by the security shop) could not help me transfer data from my old phone to my new one - they did not know the password to get into their system I was told! Hard to believe! The other Brooklyn one did help me, are much better although took a long time to do the transfer. Went to MTN Menlyn today, both shops to get a quotation for insurance, both OFF LINE! How does that happen? Poor service most of the time.
