Poor customer service

I have never received a horrible services like that from MTN. I called the MTN contact center from 11:00 and I am still waiting from them to assist me. the contract department consult transferred legal department, the consultant from Legal department placed me on Hold for 15 minutes and I am not happy with your service and I really hate that and your consultants are not professional and you need to train them
