payout

I sold zakhele shares on the 31/03/2016 and was sent an sms to say will get the payout after 10 working days. Phone on the 14/04/2016 they promised to call me back but dnt. Called them back on the 15/04/2016 and spent 30 min on the phone at the end of the call they said i must call on monday they will investigate. I need that money for the funeral.
