Payment from mtn zakhele futhi

On 2016 I bought shares from mtn zakhele futhi last month on the 28 zakhele was doing payments but unfortunately I couldn't get my money and I don't know the reason I tried several times to contact them on *** and *** and I even sent emails but no response from mtn zakhele
