Paying me back my money

Hi, <br> <br> I wanted to invest in MTN Zakhele shares. I filled the form and deposited R10 000 a weeks before the opened their trading. My things were not getting attended to and the share price was going up. the 3rd week I decided to cancel as it was not a good investment for me. I send all that was required of me so that the money could paid back. later called to find out as to when I would get back my money they said on the 9th of November today is the 26th and I till don't have my money. I call and I get different people every time, who tell me different stories. <br> <br> Regards,
