Pay back my money

<p>I submitted my change of banking details forms to the organization in October 2016, i have made numerous follow ups on why the required changes had not been updated. i have subsequently missed the deadline in November to make a selection as to what to do with my Zakhele shares, now all i want is my money back which i invested but it seems this organization has not intention of paying me my money back. it is now January 2017 i am still sending emails with no responses, the contact centre never answers the phones as i have called and stayed on the line in excess of 20 minutes and eventually hanging up. Does this call centre event exist!!</p> <p> </p>
