Pathetic Service @ MTN Westwood Mall

I have been a loyal client to MTN (Ex-Autopage) for +-20 years with 3 contracts and i have never had a problem with their cellphones nor service.

However for the last 2 months i have been dealing with MTN @ the Westwood Mall and their level of service is pathetic to say the least.

In 2 months, they changed 3 managers. (1 of which was a sales consultant upon my visit)

After doing my upgrade and having them process it, i was only then told that there was No Stock, thereafter false promises was made on the delivery of stock. After many trips to that store, then only did i receive my handset. (after 2 weeks)

After 2 months, my Nokia7 Plus continuously freezes and restarts, so i take into the store and after several calls and trips to the store, i am told that my handset is still at the store due to them having an issue with their courier service.

I live all the way in the south coast and should i not follow up on my handset then i am not given any feedback and i am still paying for my contract which is unfair. Further to this i inquired with the Galleria Mall branch and was told that that Nokia Model was giving issues so why was i not told this at Westwood, were they not suppose to advise clients on the handsets?

Please have a look at Point 6 on your MTNSP Defective Goods Verification Acceptance Letter, it was supposed to be sent within 48 hours and i was supposed to get feedback and or a replacement by 14 days. Also go through the CPA so that you understand that a client cannot pay for something they do not have.

The latest feedback i have from the New Manager Arousha is that they cannot give out the owners details nor can he call me to resolve my issue however i did give him my business, but a regional manager by the name of Nicholas will give me a call. (No idea on a date or time because he is in meetings the entire day...lol)

I would appreciate MTN assisting in this matter since i have been a client of theirs for many years and ensuring that their franchise service providers provides the level of service that of MTN themselves or else many consumers facing these problems would prefer to Port networks and i would be 1 of them.
