Pathetic service

Went to MTN in Davenport to purchase a sim card and a data bundle . I am sad to say this but received the worst service ever. I wish to speak to the an area manager was **** to and given the number of and staff from the gamecity branch. I need someone higher to assist me please. The staff there Mohamed told me to speak to MTN to help me. That's pathetic service.
