Painfull process

Hello Peter, More than 5 years ago we bought MTNZakhele shares for my mother who is now late...

My mother passed away in 2015 and I had a letter of authority sent to MTN Zakhele to make them aware of the matter. In September 2016 when the MTN Zakhele Futhi shares were offered I tried in vain to get her shares reinvested for my son.

Ultimately I opted for a cash pay-out which I have been battling to get processed into my mother’s estate late account for over three months now. I would like to make it known the MTNZakhele that it is no fun having to run around with my mom’s death certificate for more than five months begging for service with MTN Zakhele. I’m a former employee of MTN and therefore find it quite disappointing that the service level and prioritization of clients can be this appalling in a company that have been a part of my life for such a long time (13 years in counting). I have sent and re-sent email having escalated to Mr Mteto Nyathi, the last time I heard from MTN was when "Sinesipho Mtshekisa" raised a dispute on the documents that I sent for the 100th time. I responded for clarity and never heard from MTN Zakhe...

I have all the required documents and support documents and want to know if MTN done playing games and ready to pay out my mother's money.

Please help get my mom's money paid out :-(
