NOT GETTING DIVIDENDS PAYOUT

My friend and I bought the MTN Zakhele share's together, and she informed me that she has been getting cheque's for dividend payouts from MTN, Which i haven't received, and shes the not the first one who informed me of such. I checked a month ago with MTN and they informed me that such hasnt been happening, my friend today send me a picture of those cheques of dividends payout as proof. can someone explain to me whats happening as this is not fair.
