Non payment of my investment and no assistance from MTN

<p>I invested in the first offering of MTN Zakhele. When we were notified of its maturity, I established that my investments for my children had wrong banking accounts. I was told to fill in forms and submit substantiating documents more than six times. On the 12th December after numerous submissions and being sent from pillar to post, I was told my documents were received and are with Compliance. To date my payment was not received, the call centre is not available, at imes you are cut off after being kept holding for 30 minutes. Emails are no longer being returned. I am greatly dissapointed as I have always thought MTN was ethical.</p>
