Non-commitment

On my initial contract agreement negotiations, I was promised the MTN would match the Cell C price. Later when I followed up I was told that MTN had an issue to upload the system and that they would credit my account with the entire time discount. To Date nothing. After various phone calls and mails I still have had no response.
