No written confirmation of cancelled contract / unable to speak to retentions

I called several times on 29 September 2017 from MTN Herm**** store to cancel the contract which was taken out by Mobiles Plus. Mobiles Plus has a bad attitude about the whole situation and I could not get to speak to anyone in the right department which is apparently Retentions. Reception say they cannot put me through then put me through to Customer Services. Customer Services tell me they cannot help me, I ask to be put through to the right department then I go through to all sorts of departments!!!

Monday 2 October 2017 it seems that I got through to the right department around 12pm and spoke to a person called Danny who assured me that the contract no longer exists and would send me a follow up e-mail confirming our conversation. However, this e-mail never came to me.

Friday 6 October 2017 I tried again and got the same runaround as the previous Friday!!!
