No Response To Query Regarding MTN Zakhele Payout

<p>I have been trying to get a reply to when MTN is going to payout for Zakhele shares. I sent verification documents on 20 December, was told the process takes 10 working days, but have still heard nothing.</p> <p>I have tried to contact them on their customer service phone line, sent them a message on Twitter and on Facebook. I got a reply on Facebook to call their customer care line! When I asked if somebody could call me, as nobody answers on their phone line I was again ignored.</p>
