No respond

Clearly mtn doesn't care about their customers, they have too many customers in such a way that they fail to listen or to resolve our issues. Till to date, after I have logged a complaint a couple of weeks ago no one has ever bothered to call me. I'm still in the dark. Having a 2nd contract I have never opened. Still I don't have a phone hence that they couldn't give because of this contract.
