No internet access even you still have data bundles remaining

Yesterday I couldn't use my available WhatsApp data, even after calling mtn 8 times. Only on the last call was my query escalated. This this the second time it has done this in this January. In December I loaded a hour MoMo they I had no service for more then even after they reset my network. I use my WhatsApp for business and now my losing my customer, if it's not slow because loadshedding it's data completely not working. What hurts the most even when it's escalated nothing is done about it, Here's my current ticket ReF no: *** but I know it is just in vein
