No cancellation and No Answer

I have been calling the cancellation center. On the line for hours waiting. No Answer, After that i phoned the call center, talked to a manager, No one is able to assist me. They just advised me to call the cancellation center and just wait. Once i finally got it cancelled, I will go to Vodacom
