MTN...a JOKE!!

A phone contract was falsely opened under my name. According to the consultant this was done online and nothing was verified or confirmed, they just gave away the phone. Now my account was debited, thank GOD for the money reverse option, I got my money back. Now MTN wants me to run around getting documents to prove/verify that I did not take the contract when they did not bother to verify if it was the right person taking the account in the first place. How do you just give away a phone without the right documents being submitted and verified, whether online or not? Is this how MTN works? SHOCKING!!!
