**** MTN Zakhele shares and their **** service!!!!

I have been trying to change my banking details on my profile since December 2021. MTN Zakhele has been giving me the run around since then. Initially they said I must submit at the bank which I did, then they claimed to have not received them and I must submit on their email address, which I did too. Then they claimed they have a backlog (February). I waited for over a month and called to check and they claimed to not see one of the documents and I must resubmit, which I ****en submitted AGAIN!!! After that I called and they claimed the document submitted is not visible and I must scan it , which I did and submitted AGAIN!!!! NOW!!!! They are claiming they have a backlog STILL!!! I want to sell my ****en shares and leave this **** and they seem to be wanting to hold me hostage!!! I am sick of these people, ****!!!!!! My reference number is ***8 since they are not claimed on here, ****** **** service!!
