MTN Zakhele shares a ****

I bought MTN Zakhele shares in 2010 and still have not received my payout 9 YEARS LATER!!!! Trying to get a hold of someone that can assist is asking for a miracle to happen. Very poor service from MTN, or was the purchasing of shares just a ****?!
