MTN Zakhele Futhi and Nedbank administration of their Share Scheme a disgrace!

From November 2020, I have been struggling to have my late mothers shares into my name as part of the finalization of her estate with the MTN Zakhele Futhi Share Scheme which is administered by Nedbank. Despite having forwarded them all the necessary documents they requested, having filled in all the forms & submitted them with all the supporting documents they requested from me and completing all the online registrations I have been instructed to complete. More than a 1 year eight months later the MTN Zakhele Futhi Call Centre and their Deceased Estate Department have no clue on how to go about transferring the shares. The worst part of it all is that the shareholders are barred from communicating directly with Deceased Estate Department and their Nedbank counterparts which are the ones responsible for dealing with all telephonic inquires without the ability of providing turn around times for queries. Both the Nedbank Stockbroking Call Centre on: *** and the MTN Zakhele Futhi Call Centre *** are shockingly useless at providing the assistance they ought to be providing to their shareholders,
