MTN Zakhele Futhi
On the 20th of September 2016 I bought MTN Zakhele Futhi shares to the value of R1000. This year on the 8th of September 2020, I phoned to make an enquiry regarding my shares, only to find out that I didn't have a portfolio because apparently the reference on my EFT payment was incorrect. I was required to send POP of the R1000 made torwa the purchase of shares, bank statements, certified copy of ID, and some forms which were emailed to me to fill out. All of that was done, and on the 9th of September an email acknowledging that they have received the documents as per their request and that a refund will be made because a portfolio was never allocated for me. I was made to understand that the refund will be processed within 15 working days. It's been 17 days, still no refund and now they are not responding to my emails when following up on what could be causing the delay. The number on Steve Chalmers, who is the person I had been dealing with via email doesn't go through all of a sudden, it now says the number is incorrect, and I have contacted him before on that same number ***. I am furious and disgusted with their conduct. Very unprofessional and *********. Sies Nedbank and MTN
