<p>I purchase airtime from my savings account to convert to data. Before I can do that MTN *****s my airtime . I call the call centre and they inform me that I have to switch my data off and reboot my fone to get it back?? Why the **** are they taking it anyway?? What gives MTN the right to play with my airtime???</p> <p>why all this **** in the first place?</p> <p>i never get anyone from the company to call and explain why they're taking my airtime. The never respond! Most of the call centre agents are ****** useless!!</p>
