MTN sucks

I bought a mini router...ZTE on the 2December LAST YEAR......first of all the head office forgot to fica it.......I was supposed to get 1G free for a year and up to now I have had NO free gigs and it’s sitting here useless!!! I must comment Azri of MTN in Vredenberg because he has been trying all this time to get it straightened out but it falls apart at head office!!!! MTN HEAD OFFICE SUCKS.....ABSOLUTELY NO SERVICE FROM THEM.
